Yoga, an ancient and mysterious world, where the very name, rooted in Sanskrit, reveals its true essence: "Union".

This age-old discipline has a clear objective: to connect the individual with their Higher Self.

Over the centuries, various cultures have developed practices and philosophies leading to this unification. Referred to as Paths of Occultism, Ways of Mysticism, and Schools of Esotericism, these methodologies vary depending on the cultural context, from India to Egypt, from the Middle East to Japan, and South America.

Yoga, as we know it, views the body as a tool to achieve a specific outcome. Utilizing a series of positions called "Asanas," along with finger gestures, breathing techniques known as "Pranayama," and even vocal sounds, a system of energetic circuits is created that influence the chakras present in the body.

However, not all energy vortexes are involved in every yoga practice. The selection of chakras depends on the School and the specific line of work. Some Masters choose to work on seven chakras, while others use a different number.

This diversity of approaches allows for specific energetic results.

It is crucial to understand that the Earth itself is an energetic field, where multiple radiations interact with terrestrial life. These influences vary based on geographic location and atmospheric composition. Each area has its own "energetic microclimate," which affects how energies act on living bodies.

Therefore, authentic Yoga is not a common practice of health gymnastics or superficial meditation.

It is a complex system of self-exploration aimed at connecting the individual with their essence.

Knowledge of the chakras, a fundamental aspect of this practice, is key to understanding our bio-psycho-energetic system.
